Still your body and quiet your mind,
Leave all your cares and worries behind.
As you become more quiet and still,
You feel enery inside you move, until.
The energy stops and you may feel blue,
Now release the old and bring in the new.
Open your eyes and go about your day,
Knowing there's something else helping
you along the way
